“Under the Shelby Street Bridge” - acrylic painting
Here is an oldie that I sold at the Christ the King Art Show last year. It’s still pretty good. For those of you who don’t know, Nashville has several bridges. The old Shelby Street Bridge was converted to a pedestrian bridge. From under the bridge you can see across the Cumberland River to downtown. The old bridge work makes for a perfect frame for the downtown skyline. This is also an unusual view of the city, and turned out really well. I have painted the downtown many times, and am happy to do so again, if anyone is interested in a custom painting of Nashville. jcannon1@bellsouth.net
