New Pet Portrait in Progress
I actually got a little time yesterday to paint, so here’s the first stages on a new pet portrait. I thought I would show the early stages. First is the drawing, mostly to establish shape, and then I start with the eyes and nose and work out from there. So the second frame shows the color in the eyes and nose. I’ll probably tweak the eyes and nose a little later on, but they are basically in place now. Next will come the coat, then the whiskers and any details.
