First Stage on a New Landscape
To balance out working on the portraits, I also started on this landscape piece. The inspiration is a sunset I caught from Shelby Bottoms one evening in December while cycling on the greenway. There will eventually be a railroad bridge in the piece, as well as lots of overhanging branches. This is just the first couple of wash layers. More as this develops. jcannon1@bellsouth.net
