Cocoa Tree grand opening painting
Those of you who did not go to the Cocoa Tree grand opening should tell yourselves this morning, “Wow, I really missed something.” Really, it was a wonderful event and very, very well attended. Bethany, who is seen with me in the first photo, is a true artist in chocolate. The samples I had were incredible. This is the piece I painted on site with chocolate, yes, real chocolate. I used dark, milk and white chocolate to do a painting of The Cocoa Tree from her logo, with some other stuff on it. This is real chocolate, and the material worked pretty well. The piece came out pretty well, and hopefully will be a nice addition to her space on 5th Avenue in Germantown. Go and get some of the best chocolate you’ll ever have.
