Oh, it’s January. The winter blues are upon me. That and I just don’t seem to have enough time for painting. So here is an oldie, although not that old, floral. This was from a photo taken by a good friend of mine, and the photo was great. That gave me a head start on the painting. I think the depth of field is good and that the petals disappear into the background well. This piece is still available at the studio. It’s a 16×20, very nicely framed for $425.
