“Wine & Cheese” – oil still life painting

This is another old one – I say old, I guess I did this sometime last year.  I did get to work on the new commisison project yesterday, and paid a price for it.  Lots of pain.  Oh, well, this, too, shall pass.  Anyway, one of the reasons for this still life is that my teacher, Marion Cook, always said that everything in the world can be reduced to one of three shapes: circle, triangle and rectangle.  So this still life is a way of using the three shapes to create a piece with some life and vibrancy.  This is a 16×20, and framed is $395.00.  It is at the studio at the Factory in Franklin, so come by and see it.  jcannon1@bellsouth.net
